This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile apps and services provided by Feilong Apps (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to Reword ,CloseReply ,and Cosplay AI.

1. Information We Collect

• Text You Provide: When you use AI features, the text you submit is sent to our servers for processing and rewriting.
• Photos/Images You Provide: When you use image generation features (e.g., Cosplay AI), the photos/images you select (such as your photo and a character reference image) are sent to our servers for processing and then sent to third‑party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate results. We may resize or compress images to improve performance and reduce bandwidth. We do not store your input images or generated images on our servers after processing, and we do not write them to persistent storage on our servers.
• Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat (and may use paywall/experimentation tools such as Superwall) to manage subscriptions and paywalls; this involves purchase history and subscription status.
• Support Messages: If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Limited Technical Data: We may collect minimal technical data (such as timestamps, request identifiers like trace IDs, error codes,and latency) to keep the service reliable and secure. Our application logs are designed not to include your photos/images or full request bodies. We do not enable third‑party crash reporting or analytics tools to capture your photos/images or full request bodies.

1. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service (including generating AI images when you request them).
• To manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain reliability, safety, and prevent abuse.

1. Third‑Party Services

   Depending on the App and features you use, we may use third‑party providers such as:

• AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini)
• Subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat)
• Apple (payments and subscription billing)
• Cloud hosting/infrastructure providers

Your text may be processed by third‑party AI providers. For example, Gemini API logs may be retained for a limited time (default up to 55 days), and for billing‑enabled projects,prompts/responses in logs are not used for model training by default.Retention and usage are subject to the provider’s policies and configuration.

1. Data Retention We do not store your input text after processing. Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond. Technical logs are retained only for operational or security purposes.

   About Reword APP

   • We do not store your text inputs or rewritten outputs on our servers by default.
   • On-device cache: The keyboard extension stores the most recent input locally for up to ~10 minutes to prevent data loss after interruptions. This data remains on your device and is not uploaded.

   About Cosplay AI APP

   • We do not store your photos (inputs) or generated images on our servers after processing, and we do not write them to persistent storage on our servers.
   • Generated images are stored locally on your device within the app. If you choose to save them to your Photos library or share them, the destination app/service (e.g., Apple Photos/iCloud, Messages) may store or process them according to its own policies.
